Key Dates

We follow the term dates for Waterbeach Community Primary school, although we usually hold staff training on the first day of the school’s term.  We let you know our dates and of any changes via newsletters, email and on our website.

Please note,  for all new starters an individual start date will be arranged with you during your induction meeting with your child’s key person. If you have any questions, or wish to change or reconfirm your child’s start date please call Fiona on 01223 440769.

Term Starts: Tuesday 7th January

Half Term: Monday 17th February to Friday 21st February

Term Closes- Friday 4th April

Summer Term 2025

Term starts - Thursday 24th April

Half term: Monday 26th May to Monday 2nd June (Reopens on Tuesday 3rd June)

Term closes - Friday 18th July

Leavers celebration- Monday 21st July

Autumn Term 2025

New starters induction morning - Thursday 4th September

Term starts - Friday 5th September

Half term: Monday 27th -friday 31st October

Term closes - 12 noon Wednesday 17th December

Playgroup Nativity - 1:30pm Wednesday 17th December

Playgroup Christmas party - Thursday 18th December 11:00-1:00pm
